This includes accurate batch loading; achieving the correct reaction temperatures, process time, and vapor liquid equilibrium in the reactor column to avoid glycol losses/build up of molecular weight; on line checking of viscosity and comparative acid values to achieve required solid content; etc. Without extremely tight controls on process, it is possible that resins produced may match specifications, but yet produce poor quality end products. It is because of this obsession with process accuracy that our products are consistent, batch after batch, and the composites produced with them are of superior quality.

We are also keenly focused on consistently improving our product portfolio through extensive research and development. All the grades that we sell today have been processed in our own laboratory and then established in our plant. We employ qualified and trained technical personnel and our team has repeatedly demonstrated the ability to formulate, establish, and produce grades meeting the stringent requirements demanded by leading players in the composites industry.
